Weather Policy

The Fall High School Lax Invitational Directors reserve the right to cancel, shorten, or reschedule tournament games in response to inclement weather, poor field conditions, or safety concerns for players and fans. If these actions are required, no refunds will be issued. Field directors will communicate any game changes, and updated schedules will be available at the Information Tent.

Refund Policy

• No Full Refunds: There are no refunds for team(s) that register for the event and drop out before the start of the event.
• Weather and Acts of God: If the tournament is shortened or partially canceled due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, including the cancellation of playoff or championship games, no refunds will be issued and team credit will be provided.
• Disqualification: Teams that are removed from the tournament by the director for using illegal players or for behavior that requires removal will not receive a refund.
• Responsibility: The tournament organizers, along with our staff, are not liable for any expenses incurred by teams, clubs, or organizations if the tournament is canceled, either in full or in part.
